Restaurant Mori is perched high above the treetops on the eighth floor, at the top of the hotel. The name “Mori” comes from the Japanese word for “forest,” reflecting the unique view from Mori’s terrace.
Head Chef Richard Bocarro and his team craft a variety of exciting dishes based on Asian flavors and wild and local ingredients. The dishes are served in a sharing style, perfect for enjoying together at the table. Feel free to ask one of our sommeliers for wine recommendations from our wine list.
