Restaurant Mori is perched high above the treetops on the eighth floor, at the top of the hotel. The name “Mori” comes from the Japanese word for “forest,” reflecting the unique view from Mori’s terrace.

Head Chef Richard Bocarro and his team craft a variety of exciting dishes based on Asian flavors and wild and local ingredients. The dishes are served in a sharing style, perfect for enjoying together at the table. Feel free to ask one of our sommeliers for wine recommendations from our wine list.

At Restaurant Mori, we serve a set menu. You can choose between 5 or 7 courses.

The Brasserie

Open daily from 12:00 – 22:00 (kitchen closes at 21:00)

Located on the third floor, The Brasserie offers a flavorful meal inspired by French cuisine, in cozy surroundings adorned with paintings and sculptures.

The Library Bar is the perfect place for a drink, whether alone or in good company. The bar is beautifully decorated with artwork by Ludvig Eikaas, Bruce Weber, Peder Mønsted, Gustav Mordt, and Morten Krogvold.
